Yeh, I found this to be hilarious when I first read it and found it even funnier when I saw the clip on the Soup. By now, we all know that Danny Bonaduce got into trouble for "assaulting" Jessie Camp, ERRRRRR Jonny Fairplay on some dumb reality show award show. Now Danny boy is getting sued for assault and battery..
Ok. WHY is this?? Dude jumped on him unexpectedly. Im sorry, Im as passive as the next guy but if someone jumps on me, I will push them off any which way. Danny did what anyone would do if some weirdo had his crotch in your face. He threw him off. Whats the big deal? So he lost some blood and teethe, and was humiliated on national television. What did we learn Fairplay?? What did we learn?? Dont be stupid and do shit for attention. You may get hurt!
What i find more humerus is that the LA District attorney wants nothing to do with it. He wont file charges due to "Self Defense". Which I couldn't agree with more. Fairplay charged in an aggressive manner and jumped him. If anything, Danny should sue him for sexual assault.
