Intelligent Design?

Headline: Young Chimp beats college students...

No, not in any kind of physical confrontation, in a memory exercise of all things...

Japanese researchers pitted young chimps against human adults in two tests of short-term memory, and overall, the chimps won.

That challenges the belief of many people, including many scientists, that "humans are superior to chimpanzees in all cognitive functions," said researcher Tetsuro Matsuzawa of Kyoto University.

Really a fascinating study in a lot of ways. Gives some more headway in finding that "missing link" between the primate world and our own after all.

Kinda hoping the state of Kansas has Internet access though so that the state's school board can care to comment on how this relates with intelligent design after all. I mean, if Chimps have better cognitive skills then a human, then whomever the intelligent designer was may not intend for us to worship them anyway! Maybe its really a chimp in charge?

:)

Dews shall be struck down by a thunderbolt in 3....2....1....

EDIT: Shane reminded me that it is Kansas I mean to pick on, not Kentucky... Thanks Shane.
