Decanter of Hotness Award

So Dewey was thinking it may be a good idea to push through this whole "Decanter of Hotness" phrase and perhaps give out an award on a weekly or semi-weekly basis for it. I thought it was an excellent idea, so I bring to you our first (and posthumous) winner ripped straight from the headlines:

She unfortunately met an untimely end while being car-jacked in Moscow, but at the very least she won a "Decanter" before she left.

Jeesus Xrist man get over it. Decantur or Barrel, either way they store things. But a barrel is a quintessential definition of purity and preservation, hence delicious beers and wines. I think a beautiful woman would like to forever be associated with fine wines and flawless beers, not some cheap juice container you find at the local Dennys and IHOP

Side note- yes, the russian chick is hot. Hotter than a barrel of FIRE!!! w0000000000000000000t

Last time I checked he wasn't the one asking every female in Rosslyn whether she preferred Decanter or Barrel...which came out unanimously on the side of Decantur

Agreed, I have since asked people not in Rosslyn (as I do not totally trust Virginia anyway), and I have come up with the same reaction...

Closest negative was "Well, am I sober or drunk when you call me this?"

You say "Potatoe", I say "Potato" =)

Quick tip Dews- If you keep asking women that question youll never get laid.

Dews said...

haha, you sure?

I dare you to ask that to 10 women in Vegas as an icebreaker.....of course I have to witness.

Lets just see how much boot-knocking will occur as a direct result.

oh no, its not a pickup line.

Its just a term, kinda like if you opened up with "Baby, you's a barrel of FIRE!", it would have essentially the same effect...

Hey, a decanter is used to let wines and liquors breathe so that they can achieve taste and smell perfection, and then the decanter pours all that goodness forth unto the world.

A barrel lets stuff get old. It is essentialy a round storage unit.

A decanter of hotness then perfects hotness, and gives that hotness forth to the world.

Decanter it is and shall ever be.

you forgot:

You know what, im letting you have this one. If I continue to point out every aspect of how incorrect you are, youll cry like a little girly-man. I cant allow myself to do that.

-AMEN-

Problem is the only one who thinks barrel is better then decanter is you

For the record, I never said "Barrel of hottness", I said "Barrel of FIRE"

A barrel, my friends, which would contain much more fire than your "decanter"

To be honest, I just like to argue. Keeps me entertained on days like this one

Jack Gonzo, MD said...

It doesn't matter, like we tried to explain Friday night, no woman wants to be referred to as a barrel, not matter how much fire is in it.

Yea, really doesn't matter what the term is, just as long as it doesn't conjure up an image of a small round container...

I just push Decanter, as it has curves, and thus is more appealing.

SayHey Kid said...

I would think women who would be offended by "hotter than a barrel of fire" are self-conscience and ego-centric.

People need to lighten up

Dews said...

haha, you gotta win the battles before you can win the war son :)

Good luck calling a woman out for something totally irrational and possibly crazy....

SayHey Kid said...

This argument needs to die. Dews- You win, enjoy your new pickup line.

Dews said...

Its not a pickup line!!!

Doesnt matter. You did however, give the first annual "DoH" award to a dead woman.

Dewey, Cheatem, & Howe said...

This should be a weekly award.

But SH is right, giving the first DoH award to a dead woman was a little weird.

Unless Dews is a necrophiliac. Then it all works I guess.

Dews said...

Different strokes folks...

Anyway, my reasoning was that it was a News-Item as well as someone that deserved the award.

Thus, we award it to an individual this week because she obviously deserved it (in her prime), but unfortunately it took this type of news event for us to learn of her.

SayHey Kid said...

Well, from what I hear from Dews, he was in fact a necrophiliac for almost 6 years.......Swooooosh!! He shoots he scores!!

Dews said...

whoa whoa whoa!

I'm not spreading any of those rumors!!!

I'm not that bitter!

Personal Foul, on the defense, 15 yard penalty, first down!

Thats how you play Raider football!!

Well, if we have a Decader of hottness award, perhaps we could also have a barrel of stupidity one as well?? Hell, I want some satisfaction here!!

Barrel sounds good in this situation.

I'm cool with this one.

Citycat said...

Um, guys? I love you all, I do, but as a female I have to say- they both kind of suck.

Dews said...

Its not like the end all be all compliment, this whole thing came up when certain people started using containers to equate to a woman's attractiveness...

Someone (sayhey) used barrel, I just went with decanter as it seemed the best "container" analogy I could use, that's all.
