Guvmint Hates your kids!

This just in from the land of Columbine, missile silos, and lots of assholes with expensive Ski Gear:

An elementary school has banned tag on its playground after some children complained they were harassed or chased against their will.

wow...

First it was Dodge ball, now its tag???

Seriously, are we trying to breed a nation of pussies? Its bad enough these kids go home and sit in front of a computer (or big screen TV) and play games or watch TV all night (before anyone comments on the hypocrisy of me saying that, I'm in decent shape and I'M NOT A KID! :) ). Add to that, the easily accessible Pepsi and Coke products that are planted in vending machines throughout public schools now to add money for "boosters" or some shit.

Now add the ever growing possibility that these schools have to cut back on programs such as the Arts and Physical Education to make ends meet (no child left behind, after all), and you're creating a recipe for disaster! Not only on our future workforce, but look at the health care issues you could be adding to an already destroyed system once those selfish baby boomers start sucking us dry???

Bad signs all around us, hoping there is someone out there that may not have the answers for these, but at least understands there ARE issues and is willing to bring them to light.
