Just... Wow...

Sean Taylor, resident badass, human missle (as well as my personal favorite of all time) player for the Washington Redskins died earlier this morning...

As a life-long Redskins fan, I can't tell you how much more we need disappointments added upon our constantly underperforming team, but this is such a shock to me on so many levels...

Sean Taylor (April 1, 1983 - November 27, 2007)

This really hurts football and the players. But its odd, every radio show, every television commentary, and every article ive read/heard/watched states that this was bound to happen to him. That his past finally caught up to him.

Echoing what SHK said, you know before this year is over people will be preaching about leaving your past behind you if you want to succeed in the NFL. Michael Vick, Ray and Jamal Lewis, and now Sean Taylor.

I just kept reading about how becoming a father finally straightened this guy out and how everyone loved him on the team...

The sports gods hate me...

Yeh, he really started taking responsibility for his actions. To little to late it looks like.

Hopefully his death will prompt others to shape up. Ahem Pacman!
