Heath Ledger Update:

The Toxicology report has finally been released regarding the death of Heath ledger, and all signs point to "acute intoxication of prescription medications". This list includes six prescription drugs that he had been taking.

Basically an accidental overdose of the prescription drugs that Mr. Ledger had been using to help with sleep, anxiety, etc.

Still a sad story regardless...

The medical examiner released results of the toxicology report Wednesday, saying Ledger died as the result of acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine.
