Mike Alstott, a man deeply respected by almost every football fan, is out this season and may have to retire.
As a football fan first and foremost, my heart goes out to one of the players who truly love this game. Alstott is one of those players you can't help but love to watch play the game. He gives you that old school feeling when the game is filled with prima donnas who are more concerned with shoe deals and making it rain.
Hopefully this isn't the start of the ESPN Fantasy Hall of Fame jinx.
