O's in First place!

Just a friendly reminder to our good friend SayHey, that the Baltimore Orioles, while playing in the most difficult division in Baseball (AL East, otherwise known as "Sawks Yanks division") are currently tied for First place.

As another reminder, the San Francisco Giants almost got no-hit by newly anointed fantasy stud Manny Parra of the Milwaukee Brewers (not to be confused with Yovani Gallardo, also a fantasy stud).

That is all...

just looking at the attendance for the O's first homestand...

10,505 fans for the 2nd game of the year? Really!? that is awful. They haven't been able to get it more than half full since either...

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm looking forward to the Tigers coming to Fenway for the opening series. I'm not sure if the Sox are bad, or if they just need a nap.

Yeh, and Dontrelle Willis ALMOST threw a no-hitter also....Try again Dews.

Well, the Giants are, what, last or next to last in the NL in nearly every offensive and pitching category with the exception of steals? I think the O's would sweep the Giants at this point in the season.

This point in the season??? We are 6 games in.

Hell, if we judge the season by 6 games, then your Red Sox are just as screwed as the Tigers.

Dews can argue with me all he wants. If the Orioles win, they will be rewarded with a higher Power Rank; which is likely going to happen after the weekend sweep.

Can we all just agree that the Mariners weren't as good as folks thought they would be and the A's aren't as bad?

If thats the case, we should all dub the Tigers: Most over-rated team in the history of baseball
