Senator Dodd is one of the nicest guys in the Senate... I can't tell you how many times I rode the elevator with him after making a java run in the Russell building.
He always remembered who I was, where I was from and genuinely seemed to be interested in what I had to say.
Anyone that can do that, or at least seem like they care is a WELCOME change to most everyone else on "the Hill".
